Peace and Justice Committee Mission
The Peace and Justice Committee shall encourage the study and practice of the biblical teachings of love and nonresistance in the congregations of the Conference and assist them in the application of this teaching, particularly as it applies to social issues. The Committee shall cooperate with the corresponding organizations of the Mennonite Church, Mennonite Central Committee, and with other area conferences in efforts and programs witnessing to the belief in the way of love in human relationships.
