Zion Mennonite Peace and Justice group is planning and organizing a 6-week
peace and justice
teaching tour of the Pacific Northwest Mennonite Conference by Associated Mennonite Biblical Seminary O. T. Professor Emeritus Perry Yoder. Perry and his wife Elizabeth grew up in the Willamette Valley and are graduates of Western Mennonite School is Salem, Oregon. This page will document the details of their visits to the different areas of our conference as plans develop. View Mennonite Church presentation: "Atonement and Peacemeking" followed by open discussion October 6 - 8, Ritzville, Washngton October 6, Set up day for Mennonite Country Auction with fellowship meal at 6:00 pm October 7, Mennonite Country Auction, Menno Mennonite Church, Ritzville, WA October 8, Joint Worship Service, Warden Mennonite Church; Perry plans to preach on the parable of the workers in the vineyard who all received the same wage.Sermon title is "Equal pay for unequal work."
